By creating a livepane account, connecting an AI agent to the livepane MCP server, or visiting a dashboard hosted on livepane, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using livepane on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
livepane takes an HTML dashboard your AI agent produces, extracts its data into a database table, rewrites the page to fetch that data live, and serves it at a private URL. From there, the data can refresh on a schedule and the page can be edited by the agent or by you without either overwriting the other.
You need an account to publish dashboards. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by AI agents you've connected to it. Keep your credentials and any tokens issued to your agents confidential.

We scan published HTML for common secret patterns and reject publishes that match, but that check is a safety net, not a substitute for your own judgment about what you publish.
You own the dashboards and data you publish. You grant livepane the license needed to store, transform, and serve that content back to you and to whoever you've given access to it, for as long as it's hosted on livepane. If you set a dashboard's access to "link," anyone who has the link can view it, since that's the nature of link-based sharing, and it's on you to choose the right access mode for what you're publishing.
Dashboards on livepane are typically produced by AI agents you've directed. We don't review agent-generated content before it's published, and we're not responsible for its accuracy or for decisions made based on it. You're responsible for what your agents publish through your account.
livepane offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Team plans, plus optional storage add-ons on the Free plan, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law. Exceeding your plan's livepane or storage limit may prevent new publishes until you upgrade, add storage, or free up space.
We work to keep livepane and your published dashboards available, including retrying failed scheduled refreshes and never clearing a dashboard's data just because a pull failed. That said, we don't currently guarantee a specific uptime commitment, and we may change or discontinue features with notice where reasonably possible.
You can delete your account and dashboards at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable use section above, and will make a reasonable effort to notify you first except where immediate action is needed to protect the service or other users.
livepane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, livepane isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including from AI agent-generated content or from downtime of an upstream data source you've connected.
We may update these terms as livepane evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly. Continuing to use livepane after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
